Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, please adhere to the following steps:

Bluebird Boutique Return and Refund policy:

• Terms of return: Initiate contact with Bluebird Boutique through the chat feature, by using our contact page, or via social platform within 7 days of purchase 
• Items must be unworn, unaltered, tags attached 
• Please state your reason for return or exchange
• A Bluebird Boutique team member will reach out to you within 3 business days to resolve any issues you may be experiencing. Returns are eligible for store credit only. In person purchases may be returned via mail at the cost of $6 shipping at the consumers expense, once approved by a Bluebird Boutique team member
• Please note, online orders cannot be cancelled or modified once an order has been placed
